Meet Our Team:

Crystal Hernandez. Crystal is an Employment Specialist and has been with Career Horizon Services/Health Solutions since April of 2013. Crystal has over 11 years of experience in the human service field. She earned an Associate of Arts degree from Pueblo Community College and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Colorado State University-Pueblo. Crystal enjoys serving her clients and giving them a sense of dignity and self-worth.

Larry Freeburn. Larry is an Employment Specialist and has been with Career Horizon Services since September of 2014. He has been an employee at Health Solution Services since August 2009. Prior to joining the vocational team at Health Solutions he worked for several years on the Acute Treatment Unit providing in-patient services. He also spent two years providing Intensive Case Management Services on the Community Access Recovery and Engagement Team. He has over 16 years of providing addiction, mental health and vocational services. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Liberal Arts from Excelsior College in 1993. He enjoys his work assisting individuals reach their career goals and volunteering for the Humane Society at Pueblo Animal Services.

Jennifer Papik. Jennifer is an Employment Specialist for Career Horizon Services and has been helping clients and job seekers in the program since September 2014. As the newest member of the team, Jennifer adds over 8 years of experience in the Mental Health field to an already strong program. She has knowledge and practice in Case Management with a background in the Criminal Justice field. She earned her Associate of Arts Degree from Otero Junior College and Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Colorado State University-Pueblo with a Minor in Criminal Justice. Jennifer enjoys networking with community businesses and supporting client throughout their job seeking and job retention stages.
